From the Studio

Every piece is created with care and intention. These pieces are not mass-produced accessories but wearable works of art. Policies are designed to respect the integrity of the work while ensuring a smooth experience for collectors.

Shipping

  • Shipping is currently available within the United States.

  • International collectors may inquire directly.

  • Orders ship within 2-4 business days from the studio.

  • Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

  • Flat rate shipping: $9 per order

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns

  • If for any reason a piece isn’t right for you, a return may be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • Due to hygienic considerations, items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Returns should be shipped with tracking, as the studio cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

  • Once a piece is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the $15 restocking fee and original shipping fee.

  • Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return and will be sent back to the buyer.

  • If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can work together to resolve the issue promptly.

  • All pieces are one-of-a kind or produced in small batches.

  • Subtle variations are part of their character and is the beauty of items that have not been mass produced.

  • Dimensions are provided in each listing to help you choose with confidence. Please review the dimensions provided as statement pieces can appear differently in photographs and often appear larger or smaller on screen.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and lighting.

Care

  • Each piece is crafted in the studio using durable polymer clay. While lightweight and comfortable to wear, these pieces are still wearable works of art and should be handled with care.

  • While lightweight and strong, pieces should not be intentionally bent. Treat them with love, not stress.

  • Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes and sprays.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or exercising.

  • Store pieces in original packaging to prevent damage or loss.

  • If needed, gently clean with a soft cloth.
